Manual reset: When there is no object causing occlusion in the detected area, apply the reset input to turn on the safe output. This function prevents unnecessary startup by manually resetting the machine through the reset switch after confirming safety.
Masking function: The raster security function can be temporarily disabled so that the security output remains on even if the optical axis is occluded.
Local shielding function: When the workpiece passes through the optical axis, the local shielding function can ensure the safety without activating the shielding.
Position DETECTION SHIELD: When the robot is in a safe position, use a limit switch or other measure and then enable the shield function.
Fixed blanking area function: can disable the specific optical axis in the grating. This function keeps the safe output on even if some parts of the mechanical device are located in the detection area.
Floating blanking AREA function: can increase the detection radius of the grating, thus improving its detection ability, when multiple objects are detected, turn off the safety output. If there is a moving object of fixed width in the detection area, but it is not necessary to detect the object, you can disable the detection function.
Alarm area function: the detection is divided into detection area and alarm area. When the object enters the warning area, the warning light will be lit or the buzzer will sound the alarm without stopping the mechanical equipment.
Series function: series so that multiple sets of safety light curtain can be used as a set of safety light curtain. When in use, the controller only needs to be connected to a set of light curtains to prevent mutual interference.
