Safety grating is a photoelectric safety protection device that mainly utilizes the principle of infrared or visible light grating to form a safety protection zone. When a person or object approaches or enters the protected area, the grating will immediately detect and quickly trigger an emergency stop, thereby avoiding accidents and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.

In the application of hydraulic presses, safety gratings are usually used in conjunction with the control system of the hydraulic press. When the operator approaches the hydraulic press, the safety grating will detect the approach of the personnel and quickly send a signal to the control system. Upon receiving the signal, the control system will immediately trigger an emergency stop to avoid accidents.

According to different usage scenarios and functions, safety gratings are mainly divided into the following types:

Single beam safety grating: mainly used to protect the safety of workers. When workers enter the protective area of the grating, a single beam grating will quickly trigger an emergency stop, thereby avoiding the risk of personal injury.

Double beam safety grating: It not only focuses on protecting the safety of workers, but also on protecting the safety of automation equipment. The dual beam grating not only protects workers, but also effectively prevents equipment damage to workers, achieving dual protection.

Multi beam safety grating: suitable for higher levels of safety protection requirements. Compared with single beam and double beam gratings, multi beam gratings have higher detection accuracy and a wider range of safety protection zones. It can conduct detailed testing on complex production lines to ensure comprehensive safety protection.
