1. Light source interference is divided into strong light interference and reflection interference. Both of these disturbances are relatively long to process. It is sufficient to replace the strong light with normal light in the direction where the safety light grid is used. The reflection interference is because in the safety light grid, there is a relatively bright object nearby, it may be a mirror, which can be dealt with by moving it out of the protection area of the light grid

2. Frequency converter interference, this is a common problem encountered by domestic and general grating light curtains. In this case, there are several ways to deal with it.

A. Does the communication cable of the grating have a shielded wire? If so, you must connect the shielded wire (the shielded wire of better quality) and the ground wire;

B. Avoid going through the place with the inverter when wiring;

C. A central relay is connected to the signal line of the grating to isolate the interference signal, and the power supply on the machine cannot be used in the light curtain field, so an independent switching power supply is required. This advantage is to avoid interfering signals reaching the light grid through the power supply; light curtain manufacturers

D. If none of the above can be handled, only optical synchronization signal gratings without synchronization lines and not afraid of electromagnetic wave interference can be used.
