2.3.2-Conditions for conversion from normal inspection to tightened inspection

In the normal inspection process, if more than five batches are judged to be unqualified (rejected) out of ten batches of continuous inspection (excluding two batches of re-inspection batches), the Quality Control Department can apply for a more stringent inspection instead.

2.3.3-Conditions for switching from tightened inspection to normal inspection

During the tightened inspection process, when ten consecutive inspection batches are all judged to be qualified (acceptable), the quality control department can switch to the normal inspection method.

2.3.4-Conditions for switching from normal inspection to relaxed inspection

In the normal inspection process, if ten consecutive inspection batches are all judged to be qualified (permitted), and there are no major defects (MA) and fatal defects (CR) in the samples drawn, the quality control department or the inspection unit may propose to relax the inspection 's application.

2.3.5-Conditions for conversion from relaxed inspection to normal inspection

In the process of relaxing the inspection, as long as one batch is judged to be unqualified (rejected), the quality control personnel should report to the manager of the quality control department to resume the normal inspection method.

2.4- Timing of full inspection

If there are any of the following situations, with the approval of the manager (inclusive) of the quality control department, all inspections shall be adopted:

(1) When the material (finished product) submitted for inspection has a fatal defect (CR).

(2) When there are quality problems such as safety defects or hidden dangers.

(3) When there are many defects during warehousing inspection and processing.

(4) The quality of the safety light curtain is extremely unstable.

(5) When it is necessary to carry out a full inspection under other circumstances.

3. According to the source of defective products, they are divided as follows:

(1) - Bad work

(A) - Homework error.

(B) - Improper management.

(C) - Equipment problem.

(D)-Other defects due to operational reasons.

(2)-The original material is bad

(A)-The original bad is mixed in the purchased materials.

(B)-Mixed by poor processing of the previous project.

(C)-Other defects that are obviously caused by the construction or the purchase of materials.
