Fault diagnosis:
Fault phenomenon 1: The indicator lights of the light emitting device and the light receiving device are not on;
Reason analysis: 1. Check if the power supply voltage of the grating is between 9-37V;
2. Are there any issues with the positive and negative poles of the power supply, such as reverse connection, loose wiring, or incorrect wiring.
Fault phenomenon 2: The light emitting device light is constantly on, and the light receiving device light is red;
Reason analysis: 1. Check if there is obstruction between the grating light emitting device and the light receiving device.
2. Is the installation distance within the standard range.
3. Check if the installation position is misaligned or not aligned.
4. The voltage is lower than the standard voltage.
Fault phenomenon 3: The light emitting device flashes and the light receiving device turns red;
Reason analysis: 1. Check if the yellow wiring between the grating light emitting device and the light receiving device is loose or has poor contact.
2. Check if the power supply is within the standard voltage range.
Fault phenomenon 4: The grating indicator light is normal and there is no output control;
Reason analysis: 1. Check if the output connection wire and plug of the grating are loose, and tighten the screws.
2. Check whether the load is short circuited or overloaded.
